Abstract: What we had to do for this lab was transference the DNA to mRNA to tRNA. We had to find protrude what the singularity was going to be. We had to record this information in forth data table that was given to us. Then when we had to draw the instalment that we found issue.

Introduction: The tailground of this lab is that we have been education this for about 2 weeks in class. We took notes and we were given the lab to follow through what we learned from the notes. In this lab we was to find out what we had to transfer the DNA to mRNA and that to tRNA. The from tRNA chain we had to look on the back of the data table and find out the amino group acid place. Then from there we had to find out the trait that was transformed from the Amino acid sequence.




Materials & Methods: Step 1 What we had to practise for this project was the packet for directions. So we know what to do for this lab and how to complete it. Step 2 We also had to use colored pencils so we can color the picture we raw out of the Amino acid sequence.
