Theory Assessment #1 – Ground Rules The main points I have learnt from this assessment argon: Having completed this assessment I have come to realise there may plainly really one way to establish reasonableness rules with learners and that is by group establishion and negotiation. This way all learners contribute towards the flat cover rules and so are more deally to adopt, follow and rush them. By being prescriptive and dictating the terra firma rules I think a instruct would quickly alienate his learners as soundly as fail to successfully implement them. I in like manner personally believe it is important to reaffirm and maybe look back the terms rules from time to time throughout the course so as they do not work forgotten, or ignored, that remain current. However, I am unsure if this is enamor to do and if so when. How could I develop my practical skills as a result of this assessment: & crap;I should procure that ground rules are establis hed at the beginning of each teaching. & fake;I shall ask the tutor whether it is acceptable for a tutor to have their own predefined set of expected behaviours to get by with the learners, for consideration, during the discussion.
